It is vitally important that you provide as much information as possible when applying for our Business Loans; Any missing information will be identified and result in rejection of the application.

- Driving Licence (both sides – front and back)
Personal Bank Statement (optional)
- Not a statutory requirement for a Business Loan
- Can be used as a Proof of Home Address
- Only most recent month required if submitted
Personal Credit Report
- We prefer a Transunion Credit Report for accuracy
- Details on how to get a FREE Transunion Credit Report can be found below
- We will accept Experian or Equifax but not from third party suppliers

Six Months' Business Bank Statements
- Full Six Months’ Business Bank Statements
- MUST be Month End Statements
- No Transaction Lists from Online Banking or Excel Downloads permitted
Three Years' Financial Accounts
- Email your Last Three Years’ Full Audited Accounts
- MUST be Fully Stated including Notes to Accounts
- Abbreviated Accounts will be rejected
Management Accounts
Management Accounts
- Up-to-Date Management Accounts
- MUST include Profit & Loss Account and your Balance Sheet
- Ideally as close to the date of your application as possible.
Aged Debtors & Creditors Report
Aged Debtor & Creditor Report
- Clear and Up-to-Date lists of all your current Debtors and Creditors.
- Disclosure of any problem accounts or payment plans.
- Not applicable to B2C business types
Order Book / Work in Progress
Order Book / Work In Progress
- Proof of any current business in the pipeline
- Details of any ongoing contracts
- Identifiable in line with Cashflow Forecasts
